The Heroine Who Boosts Urawa Reds’ Spirit Makes Her Return to FRIDAY After Six Years!

Atsushi Kataoka, a former professional baseball player, is now appearing on the Urawa Reds' official cheering program and on the YouTube channel of Atsushi Kataoka. Emi Yoshida, a.k.a. "Yoshimegu" who adds color to the stadium and the stadium itself, shows us her sexy lingerie in FRIDAY.

── Could you tell us about your work? What kind of activities are you mainly involved in now?

“I do a lot of sports-related work, like baseball and soccer. For baseball, I’m part of the support show ‘Dra Navi,’ which focuses on the Chunichi Dragons, and I also work as an assistant on former pro baseball player Atsushi Kataoka’s YouTube channel. For soccer, I’m the host of ‘REDs My Life’ (on FM NACK5), a show supporting the Urawa Reds. I also work on programs related to public sports gambling, such as cycling (keirin) and boat racing.”

── Are there any other types of work you’d like to challenge yourself with?

“I want to continue working in fields related to things I love, just like the work I’m doing now. I absolutely love cooking. Before this photoshoot, I made sure to cook meals that were nutritious—keeping a balance so I wouldn’t gain weight but also not lose too much. I wanted to stay healthy while maintaining a nice figure, so I focused on meals rich in protein and low in fat. I’ve been thinking about getting a certification in cooking or pursuing work related to it someday.”

── What kind of dishes did you make specifically?

“Before the shoot, I made a large batch of oden. Oden is actually very low in fat, and you can control the amount of salt. It’s low in calories, so you can eat a lot of it, and it’s really good for your body. I made enough for three days, and I even ate some last night (laughs).”

── Lastly, could you share a message for the FRIDAY readers?

“I put a lot of effort into preparing my body for this shoot, and I think it turned out pretty well. Please take a look!”
