<h2><b>Appearing in FRIDAY for the first time in 6 years</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">── First, could you share your thoughts after finishing this FRIDAY photoshoot?</span></p>
<p><b>&#8220;I thought this was my first time shooting for FRIDAY, but then I was reminded of a photoshoot I did for the &#8216;College Girl Swimsuit Beauty Collection&#8217; when I was in university, and it made me remember (laughs). I was 20 at the time, so it&#8217;s been six years since my last shoot! It was a lot of fun, with a wonderful studio and so many outfits to try on. I was also happy to feel how much I&#8217;ve grown since I was 20.&#8221;</b></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">── Which outfit left the biggest impression on you?</span></p>
<p><b>&#8220;The shoot in the bathtub with the light blue swimsuit was the most fun. The water was warm and felt really nice, and if we had a little more time, I was thinking maybe we could reheat it (laughs).&#8221;</b></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">── The photoshoot was in December, and it was quite cold, yet you handled the poolside shoot with no problem. Are you resistant to the cold?</span></p>
<p><b>&#8220;I got stronger because I used to work as a beer vendor! Even in winter, I was working in short sleeves. So, I don’t really feel the cold much anymore.&#8221;</b></p>

<h2><b>A heroine who enlivens stadiums and ballparks</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">── Could you tell us about your work? What kind of activities are you mainly involved in now?</span></p>
<p><b>&#8220;I do a lot of sports-related work, like baseball and soccer. For baseball, I’m part of the support show &#8216;Dra Navi,&#8217; which focuses on the Chunichi Dragons, and I also work as an assistant on former pro baseball player Atsushi Kataoka’s YouTube channel. For soccer, I’m the host of &#8216;REDs My Life&#8217; (on FM NACK5), a show supporting the Urawa Reds. I also work on programs related to public sports gambling, such as cycling (keirin) and boat racing.&#8221;</b></p>

<h2><b>Keeping in style with homemade oden</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">── Are there any other types of work you’d like to challenge yourself with?</span></p>
<p><b>&#8220;I want to continue working in fields related to things I love, just like the work I’m doing now. I absolutely love cooking. Before this photoshoot, I made sure to cook meals that were nutritious—keeping a balance so I wouldn’t gain weight but also not lose too much. I wanted to stay healthy while maintaining a nice figure, so I focused on meals rich in protein and low in fat. I’ve been thinking about getting a certification in cooking or pursuing work related to it someday.&#8221;</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">── What kind of dishes did you make specifically?</span></p>
<p><b>&#8220;Before the shoot, I made a large batch of oden. Oden is actually very low in fat, and you can control the amount of salt. It’s low in calories, so you can eat a lot of it, and it’s really good for your body. I made enough for three days, and I even ate some last night (laughs).&#8221;</b></p>
