The Heroine Who Boosts Urawa Reds’ Spirit Makes Her Return to FRIDAY After Six Years!
Atsushi Kataoka, a former professional baseball player, is now appearing on the Urawa Reds' official cheering program and on the YouTube channel of Atsushi Kataoka. Emi Yoshida, a.k.a. "Yoshimegu" who adds color to the stadium and the stadium itself, shows us her sexy lingerie in FRIDAY.
Appearing in FRIDAY for the first time in 6 years
── First, could you share your thoughts after finishing this FRIDAY photoshoot?
“I thought this was my first time shooting for FRIDAY, but then I was reminded of a photoshoot I did for the ‘College Girl Swimsuit Beauty Collection’ when I was in university, and it made me remember (laughs). I was 20 at the time, so it’s been six years since my last shoot! It was a lot of fun, with a wonderful studio and so many outfits to try on. I was also happy to feel how much I’ve grown since I was 20.”

── Which outfit left the biggest impression on you?
“The shoot in the bathtub with the light blue swimsuit was the most fun. The water was warm and felt really nice, and if we had a little more time, I was thinking maybe we could reheat it (laughs).”

── The photoshoot was in December, and it was quite cold, yet you handled the poolside shoot with no problem. Are you resistant to the cold?
“I got stronger because I used to work as a beer vendor! Even in winter, I was working in short sleeves. So, I don’t really feel the cold much anymore.”
A heroine who enlivens stadiums and ballparks
── Could you tell us about your work? What kind of activities are you mainly involved in now?
“I do a lot of sports-related work, like baseball and soccer. For baseball, I’m part of the support show ‘Dra Navi,’ which focuses on the Chunichi Dragons, and I also work as an assistant on former pro baseball player Atsushi Kataoka’s YouTube channel. For soccer, I’m the host of ‘REDs My Life’ (on FM NACK5), a show supporting the Urawa Reds. I also work on programs related to public sports gambling, such as cycling (keirin) and boat racing.”

Keeping in style with homemade oden
── Are there any other types of work you’d like to challenge yourself with?
“I want to continue working in fields related to things I love, just like the work I’m doing now. I absolutely love cooking. Before this photoshoot, I made sure to cook meals that were nutritious—keeping a balance so I wouldn’t gain weight but also not lose too much. I wanted to stay healthy while maintaining a nice figure, so I focused on meals rich in protein and low in fat. I’ve been thinking about getting a certification in cooking or pursuing work related to it someday.”
── What kind of dishes did you make specifically?
“Before the shoot, I made a large batch of oden. Oden is actually very low in fat, and you can control the amount of salt. It’s low in calories, so you can eat a lot of it, and it’s really good for your body. I made enough for three days, and I even ate some last night (laughs).”

── Lastly, could you share a message for the FRIDAY readers?
“I put a lot of effort into preparing my body for this shoot, and I think it turned out pretty well. Please take a look!”
