Moe Kawase (30), winner of the “Japan Race Queen Award 2021” and active as a race queen and round girl, made her first appearance in FRIDAY, which was released on October 31. Here is a special interview with her, in which she talks about her impressions of the photo shoot and what she is into these days.

Things” that you tried for the first time during the photo shoot

What were your impressions of the shoot?

I was very excited because I liked all the outfits that were prepared for me. I was excited because I liked all the outfits they prepared for me. They were shot in a classy and mature taste, which suited my atmosphere. My favorite outfit is the one in which she wears a purple high-leg and white knee-highs. I think it has an impact and is cute.

—This was the first time she wore glasses for the shoot.

I have always believed that glasses don’t suit me, so I usually don’t wear them at all. This time, for the first time, the film crew and the manager were very complimentary of my glasses, which changed my impression of myself and made me think, ‘Maybe glasses aren’t so bad after all.
