Both Matsuba-kai and Inagawa-kai are long-standing, well-known organizations in the Kanto region. These three groups rotate hosting this meeting each year in February, June, and October.

Besides this gathering at Matsuba-kai, this year’s meetings were held in February at Inagawa-kai and in June at the Fifth Kokusui-kai, led by Fujii Wakagashira Hosa, who serves as the Kanto Block Leader of the Sixth Yamaguchi-gumi.
