Japan should adopt the use of genetic information,&#8221; said Takeshi Tsuchida, former chief of the Seijo Police Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department.
On December 18, 2009, a meeting of the &#8220;Sora no Kai&#8221; was held near the crime scene, and Setsuko, 90, mother of Mikio, appealed for the promotion of legislation to realize a wide range of DNA investigation.
