Recently, the number of robberies and other crimes committed by “black market jobbers” has been gradually increasing. The method used to gather perpetrators is social networking services such as Twitter, etc. Around ’20, they gathered people by tweeting with cryptic words such as “dark job,” but now they gather perpetrators by DMing directly to people tweeting “I have no money” and so on.
Most of them gathered in such a way are normal young people, and do not seem to have the character to violate people and take their money, but they have a way to “change” them.
The method is explained by “Taro Jongjang,” who is a virtual youtuber (VTuber) under the name “Jongjang Taro,” which refers to a person who has been in prison many times and is himself a former yakuza.
