 The method used to gather perpetrators is social networking services such as Twitter, etc. Around &#8217;20, they gathered people by tweeting with cryptic words such as &#8220;dark job,&#8221; but now they gather perpetrators by DMing directly to people tweeting &#8220;I have no money&#8221; and so on.

 It seems as if the criminals have been forced to commit crimes because they are unable to escape from the situation after their personal information is known, but the actual perpetrators often do it as a kind of &#8220;treat.
