Osawa Akane Strides Boldly in Akasaka: Rising to the Top of the Beauty Industry!

A stunning woman in leather pants strutted through Akasaka in the afternoon, her long boots striking the asphalt with each confident step. Despite the biting cold, she boldly left her black down jacket open, walking with a commanding presence. That woman was none other than Akane Osawa (39).

“I danced super sexy today. I think I used up a lifetime’s worth of sexiness. As for how I did not too bad, if I say so myself♡ Iyan!”

On the same day that FRIDAY Digital spotted her, Osawa posted this playful comment alongside a sultry dance video on her Instagram. It seems she was on her way to a dance studio when she was seen.

“Lately, Osawa has been drawing attention as a beautiful mom. She’s quickly rising as a major figure in the beauty world, following in the footsteps of MEGUMI (43), who has found great success in the industry. Osawa married Gekidan Hitori (48) at the age of 23 and became a mother of three. However, after giving birth to her third child in 2019, she took a two-and-a-half-year hiatus from the entertainment industry. It was during this time that she had a shocking realization when she caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror and thought, ‘Wait is this really my face?’ That moment sparked her passion for beauty.

According to an interview in a women’s magazine, Osawa never skips her facial mask routine, even in the car while commuting. She maximizes every spare moment between housework and childcare to focus on her beauty regimen, which has deeply resonated with many mothers. She reportedly visits three to four different clinics depending on her skincare concerns, such as acne or whitening. It was actually OgiYahagi who first noticed Osawa’s transformation into a beauty. In the April 2024 broadcast of Thursday JUNK OgiYahagi’s Megane Biiiki (TBS Radio), they invited Osawa as a guest and discussed the theme, “The Charisma of Beauty: AKANE’s Pursuit of Beauty.”

“OgiYahagi’s two members were concerned that Osawa’s transformation into a ‘beauty icon’ might lead to her divorce from her husband, Gekidan Hitori, who is also a close friend of theirs. After all, both MEGUMI and Megumi Kanzaki (49) gained fame as beauty experts but ended up divorcing. However, Osawa firmly stated, ‘There’s no way I’d let go of such a great man,’ which left a strong impression.

In fact, in a private conversation, Kan Yahagi (53) asked Gekidan Hitori about Osawa’s beauty transformation, to which he replied, ‘She’s working incredibly hard.’ Osawa also reportedly lost 5 kg, and in a magazine interview, she shared that when she was in the kitchen, Gekidan Hitori complimented her, saying, ‘You’ve lost weight!
