Oda and Yanagiba Refute Feud Rumors: What’s Next for Bayside Shakedown?

There have been previous instances showing that the feud was not true.

Yanagiba’s confession was shocking to Bayside Shakedown fans. Since then, rumors of a feud between the two have been raised multiple times. However, during the promotional campaign for the two-part Shinji Muroi film, Yanagiba was asked about the true meaning of his statement “Let me die heroically,” and he responded:

“Because it was such a static role.”

There have been moments in the past showing that the two were not actually at odds.

“In June 2010, at a completion event for the third film Bayside Shakedown THE MOVIE 3: Release the Yatsura! held in Tokyo, the main cast of 15 gathered and the two exchanged a firm handshake on the red carpet.
