She is said to have a high level of understanding in meetings, and the staff trusts her because she is quick to respond to their requests when they are called out.</p>
<p>When FRIDAY interviewed people at various TV stations to find out which female announcers have the potential to become stars in the world of television this year, 10 young announcers emerged. All of them have the potential to become absolute aces like NTV&#8217;s Mami Mizuto (36) and TV Asahi&#8217;s Ayaka Hironaka (32). Let us introduce them all at once.</p>

<p><span class="strongInContent">Aoi Harada,</span> 23, is the most popular newcomer at Fuji Television, which used to be called &#8220;the kingdom of female TV announcers. She graduated from &#8220;Sakurazaka 46&#8221; in 2010 and joined Fuji the following spring.</p>

However, &#8220;Music Station&#8221; appointed Marina Namiki, 27, as Hironaka&#8217;s successor, but she did not break out much. <p><span class="strongInContent"> Yamamoto, who was born into a sports family, has been in charge of Saturdays on &#8220;Going! Yamamoto is a strong athlete who played handball in junior high and high school, and she has a good reputation among big-name athletes such as Shinnosuke Abe, 44, the new manager of the Giants. <p>TBS has an announcer with a promising future who has been assigned to its flagship program from her first year. She is <span class="strongInContent">Maion Sasaki</span> (25), a young woman who has only been with the company for three years.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Although she is only in her third year with the company, she is in charge of &#8220;THE TIME,&#8221; a 7:00 a.m. time slot program that is a fierce battleground for viewer ratings.
