When I was in my second year of junior high school, my teacher recommended that I enter a new project sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to discover and nurture athletes, so I did. The basketball team I was on at the time was weak, and I was just thinking that I wanted to try something else.

When the Tokyo Metropolitan Government was actively campaigning to bring the 2020 Olympics to Tokyo, it launched the “Junior Athlete Discovery and Development Project. The project was an attempt to gather junior high school students with excellent athletic skills and provide them with gifted education, limiting them to sports in which they could start in high school and still aim for the top in the world.

After several rounds of sports tests, Reiya passed with flying colors. He was one of only 13 boys in the first cohort of the school, which was made up of athletes from all over Tokyo who were proud of their athletic abilities.

During his third year of junior high school, he experienced rowing, boxing, wrestling, weightlifting, canoeing, archery, and biking under the project’s program. Perhaps influenced by my father’s hobby of off-road biking, I became interested in bicycles and decided to continue in high school.

However, there are only a few high schools in Tokyo that have a cycling club. He practiced on a cycling road along the Tama River near his home, and then set his sights on a metropolitan high school that was just the right distance for him to practice, 20 km each way from his home.

Before the entrance examination, I asked the high school to start a cycling club, and they said that they could start a club for me alone, overturning the previous rule that a club with less than five members was a club. This was thanks to my title as a Tokyo Metropolitan Authorized Junior Athlete. However, the condition was that I had to pass the entrance examination as usual. I studied hard because it was a reasonably advanced school,” he said.

The Inter-High School Championships, which was his goal, was not available to him as a member of the club. He was surprised at his ability to negotiate in advance with the high schools he wanted to go to.

I’m the only member of the cycling club,” she says. We have an advisor, but he is only a formality. We don’t have a professional coach, and there are no training facilities on campus. Furthermore, if we were to pedal outside the school, we would need a teacher to lead us. However, there is no teacher who can accompany them, so it is not a club activity, but a voluntary training. I cycled along the Tama River by myself day in and day out. I was totally fine with being alone because I needed to be a member of the club in order to compete in the Inter-High School Championships. Although I was able to participate in the Inter-Highs, I lost miserably (laughs).

After graduating from high school, Reiya decided to study at the Japan University of Health and Sport Sciences, where he hopes to master the art of cycling.

I don’t know how many times I threw up because of all the ups and downs. The curfew was 21:50. I couldn’t do anything that was typical of a university student. I noticed that one third of the club members had quit. But I didn’t, because I am an extreme competitive person (laughs).

Dual Career as an IT Company and a Sexy Actor

However, such a strict abstinence and stoic lifestyle awakened a dormant sense of talent in Reiya.

I retired from club activities in October of my senior year of college, and for about six months until graduation, I made full use of matching apps to ask women out and fucked them like a monkey. It was like all the stuff I had accumulated over the years was released all at once.”

The company asked me to choose one or the other, so I chose to be a sexy actor and resigned. At that time, I returned home and told my parents that I was going to retire and live solely as a sexy actor. At first, their reaction was, “Are you kidding?　But after I showed them some materials, they agreed. My father also worked in the TV industry, and my mother was an actress who appeared in VTRs, so perhaps she had a better understanding of the industry. The only scene that was pre-decided was the last scene where the six pairs were lined up in a back position, but I completely lost my erection there, so I pretended to be inserting myself and kept wiggling my hips in time with the other actors. Of course, harassment is not allowed, but we are free to be open with ourselves. Anyway, now I try to meet my fans directly by doing events as much as I have time. If they see that a sexy actor has many fans through events, they may feel relieved that they are in good company.
