The sender of the orchids is clearly marked as “Yamaguchigumi VI Chief Shinobu Tsukasa.

Mr. Shiizuka (center), chairman of the Soai-kai, showed up about 30 minutes before Mr. Usuba’s arrival. He was welcomed by the executives and entered the headquarters.

As the scene was filled with tension, Mr. Usuuba showed up at around 10:30 a.m. Souaikai members and others welcomed him.

Mr. Usuuba left the headquarters before 11:00. Although his stay was short, it seemed to have been a valuable opportunity for exchange with friendly groups.
