Mystery of the “LDP and the former Unification Church” intensifies after the Upper House Election.

The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) won the Upper House election in July. Prime Minister Fumio Kishida’s face involuntarily relaxed…

On July 8, former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was killed by a bullet fired by unemployed suspect Tetsuya Yamagami.

In the Upper House election held immediately afterward on July 10, the LDP won an overwhelming 63 seats, the majority of seats up for re-election alone. The LDP succeeded in holding the two-thirds of the seats needed for constitutional reform with the strength of the ruling party.

Former Prime Minister Abe will be honored at a state funeral on September 27, but what has recently become a major issue in Nagata-cho is the “too-deep relationship” between the LDP and the former Unification Church.

The suspect, Yamagami, was motivated by an intense hatred of the former Unification Church. His own mother became so involved that she gave up all of her assets and the family disintegrated. The suspect’s actions are unforgivable, but the cult-like nature of the former Unification Church is attracting attention on the Internet.

As of the 8th, when former Prime Minister Abe died, there were statements that the suspect, Yamagami, had a grudge against a particular religious group. The major newspapers immediately understood that it referred to the former Unification Church, but the name of the group was not given until after the Upper House election.

Was it out of consideration for the election, or did they wait for the church to admit it? We do not know that. Either way, the general newspaper’s response was puzzling. If the “close relationship” between the Unification Church and the LDP had been broken before the Upper House election, one cannot help but think that the result (of the election) would have been different,” said a source in Nagata-cho.

The relationship between the LDP and the former Unification Church is that deep. At a press conference held on November 26, former Prime Minister Abe’s younger brother, Defense Minister Nobuo Kishi, said, “We have a relationship with them.

We have a relationship with them, and in some cases they volunteered to help us during the election campaign, such as by making phone calls,” he said.

He added, “We have a good relationship.

He also reiterated that “it is necessary to gather as many supporters as possible for the election.”

He reiterated that “it is an election, so it is necessary to gather a lot of supporters.

At an event held in Okayama Prefecture in 2006 by a friendship group of the former Unification Church, Ichiro Aizawa, a member of the Liberal Democratic Party, delivered a congratulatory speech as a representative of the guests of honor.

He said, “I would like to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for the truly generous and heartfelt service and donation from President (Han Huruko). Thank you very much.

He made a speech. Hiroyuki Hosoda, Speaker of the House of Representatives, attended the meeting about three years ago, which was also attended by Mr. Hanzaeko.

I would like to immediately report to Prime Minister Abe on the content of today’s successful meeting. I would like to immediately report to Prime Minister Abe on the success of the meeting, and the significance of this international leadership conference, which was made possible by President Han Hako’s proposal.

He said smilingly, “I am very happy to be here.

The website of the Communist Party’s “Shimbun Aka Hata” (Newspaper Red Flag), which has been pursuing a series of issues, reports that “Abe’s Children” Lower House Representative Mizuta Sugita, former Defense Minister Tomomi Inada, and Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Kōichi Hagiuda also have ties to the former Fusion Church.

Even more shocking is the fact that the head of the Public Security Bureau has shown close ties to the former Unification Church.

Chairman Ninoyu of the National Public Safety Commission lent his name and addressed an event organized by a related organization in ’18 as chairman of the executive committee. Mr. Ninoyu said.

Politicians have various associations. I lent him my name because he asked me to lend him my name for a while to start a peace festival and movement. We have no relationship beyond that.

He also admitted to giving a speech on the day of the event in front of the gathered crowd.

In fact, when former Prime Minister Abe was shot, the Public Security Bureau was investigating the suspect as a terrorist who wanted to overthrow the state, rather than a member of the former Unification Church.

They intentionally leaked information, and there were rumors in the media that they were trying to create a different story because it would be bad if they were to dig deeper into the relationship with the Liberal Democratic Party.

The former Unification Church was deeply entrenched in Japan’s largest ruling party. As per the suspect’s aim, the group is expected to lose all of its power from this point on. Meanwhile, the Kishida administration has entered its “golden three years,” during which it will not be subject to the normal baptism of national elections for the next three years unless the House of Representatives is dissolved.

In three years, this problem will fade away. Prime Minister Kishida is very lucky.

said a source in the ruling party. After all, this issue should have come to light before the Upper House election.
