November 1997: At 25 years old, Nakai rode his scooter to the home of a “no-pants shabu-shabu girl.” In the side mirror, his sleepy face can be seen.

May 2003: A shot taken when we confronted Nakai about his rumored romance with a 24-year-old part-time worker. He didn’t respond to questions and drove off without opening the window.
June 2005: Nakai was spotted at the airport after returning from a 4-night, 6-day trip to Hawaii. Judging by his appearance, he had a rebellious side when he was younger.
May 2008: A private date with a super-popular singer in Yugawara. His shaved head was for his role in the film I Want to Be Reincarnated as a Clam.
June 2012: During a celebration for the hit drama ATARU, Nakai appeared in high spirits, surrounded by a large group of staff.
April 2016: Nakai visited the earthquake-stricken area in Kumamoto, where he donated massage chairs and children’s toys to evacuation centers.
