In the past, Shingi Saito of “Jungle Pocket” has faced two reports of infidelity

Shingi Saito of the comedy duo “Jungle Pocket” is in a dire situation.

It has come to light that he was sent for prosecution on October 7 for charges including coercing a woman in her twenties into sexual acts inside a location bus. His agency, Yoshimoto Kogyo, has terminated his contract with him.

Saito stated to the police:

“I regret my reckless behavior and the trouble it caused to the other party and their family.”

On the other hand, he claims that there was consent between him and the victim.

“I had consent with the victim.”

He is reportedly asserting that there was consent.

“Looking at Saito’s comments, it’s unclear whether he fully admits to the crime. However, one thing that can be said is that his statement to the police reflects consideration for the victim. It’s likely that, based on his lawyer’s advice, he chose his words carefully to avoid provoking the other party in hopes of reaching a settlement.” (legal industry insider).

However, his wife, Saori Seto, seemingly shattered those settlement plans.

The enraged victim issued an unusual statement.

On October 7, she wrote on Instagram.

“It is true that there were actions from the other party, and we followed each other on social media and exchanged contact information.”

She added,

“It was not a unilateral act.”

With supporting fire. Saito and Seto have a 4-year-old son.

“I also have a child that needs to be protected, so I wanted to convey this.”

She explained.

In response, the victim became enraged and communicated with the media through her representative.

“A comment has been made that is factually incorrect, as if I am the one at fault.”

She issued an unusual statement. According to a sports newspaper entertainment reporter:

“I understand the feelings of Seto, who has children. However, in this case, I can only say that it was a hasty move. By provoking the victim, a settlement has become more distant.”

One has to wonder whether Seto and Saito were unable to coordinate their comments or communicate their intentions beforehand.

According to the aforementioned reporter.

“Saito is currently living separately from his wife and child. Seto’s claims are based on information he had previously explained to her. She was conveying what she heard from her husband.”

It is said.

Amidst all this, fellow comedians who know Saito are reportedly feeling a sense of unease.

He was also warned by the agency’s executives regarding debt issues.

“No one speaks ill of Saito as a comedian. On the other hand, his relationships with women and spending habits have always been precarious. He stepped down from a show due to past infidelity reports, yet he messed up again this time, right? He had been joking around with those close to him, saying, ‘I’m done with women’ and ‘I have a family now, so I need to be more careful.’ Hearing that, his fellow comedians were disheartened by this incident, thinking, ‘Was it all a lie…'”

Saito, known as a gambling fanatic who serves as the MC for a horse racing program, had borrowed money from numerous unspecified comedian friends. Unable to stand by and watch, executives from Yoshimoto Kogyo told Saito.

“Be careful.”

seemingly unaffected, Saito.

“I’ve already quit gambling.”

It was said that he would often talk like this.

“Of course, that’s a complete lie. Saito has a habit of lying, you know. Getting caught and then scolded is his usual pattern,” said a person in the comedy industry who knows Saito.

In this incident, a reporter from Bunshun sensed Saito’s anomaly and confronted him over the phone, but Saito responded regarding the women’s troubles.

“Eh? Is that kind of story circulating?”

“There’s absolutely no such thing.”

He responded with that.

The aforementioned comedian colleague stated,

“That’s why there’s a possibility that what Saito told his wife has been interpreted to suit his convenience. I want Saito to tell the truth.”

He says.

If he were to be indicted, Saito would become a defendant in a criminal trial, and if found guilty, he would likely face incarceration. To avoid this, reaching a settlement with the victim is essential, but will that go smoothly?
