When it comes to the “seductive women” of the Heisei era, Saki Takaoka (51) is likely the first name that comes to mind.

On May 23, Takaoka updated her Instagram, showcasing her outstanding style in a black tank top, black sunglasses, denim, and sandals.

“Since the temperature has gotten quite high, I’ve started wearing sleeveless. A jacket is a must though.”

Accompanied by this comment, followers responded with words of praise such as “Wow, so cool.” and “It’s too lovely.” On June 6th, after posting a full-body shot, comments like “More attractive as you get older” and “A wonderful beautiful woman” were showered with admiration.

Bewitching Charms Unleashed Café Date with Former Major Leaguer

“She debuted as a model for ‘Seventeen’ at the age of 13 in 1986, initially engaging in idol-like activities. However, in 1994, she exposed herself nude in the starring role of the film Chushingura Gaiden: Yotsuya Kaidan. The following year, her hair nude photo collection ‘one, two, three,’ photographed by Kishin Shinoyama, became a topic of conversation, and she continued to boldly showcase intense scenes in movies thereafter.

In 1996, at the peak of her popularity, she married actor Naoki Hosaka. However, following the ‘W adultery’ with Tomoyasu Hotei reported by ‘FRIDAY’ in ’04, she began to be called the ‘bewitching woman’.” (Wide Show Production Insider)

“FRIDAY” focused on Takaoka, who became known as the “bewitching woman.” They highlighted scenes from her café date with former Major Leaguer Masao Kida (55), daring moments on stage performances, and the affair with Tomoyasu Hotei, among others. They aim to revisit Takaoka’s captivating bewitching charm through exclusive photos.

In July 2009, it was reported that former Major Leaguer Masao Kida (55) and Takaoka were seen having a café date at a terrace café in Minami-Azabu, Tokyo, sitting close together.

“Takaoka divorced Naoki Hosaka in the same year due to her affair with Tomoyasu Hotei in 2004. Afterwards, she was rumored to have relationships with Ichikawa Ebizo (46, currently known as Ichikawa Danjuro XIII) and Tsutsumi Shinichi (59). Just a few days prior, Kida had been photographed on a drive date with a woman’s magazine, indicating they were meeting frequently during this period,” said a sports newspaper reporter.

After drinking just one drink at the café, they left and got into Kida’s parked car nearby. Later, Kida dropped Takaoka off at her home, then headed to Jingu Stadium, where Yakult practiced at the time. Their romance didn’t progress further and eventually came to an end.

In February of this year, our magazine published an exclusive interview with Takaoka, where she talked about her current feelings like this.

“For relationships between men and women, there are various things that happen, right? If I were to insist, I’d say having a good partner, if one appears, would be fine, but I really don’t desire romantic relationships like in the past at all (laughs). I’m not rejecting anyone. If it happens, it’s fine. However, actively seeking from my side is not something I’m considering at the moment.”

In the February 2-9, 2024 issue of “FRIDAY,” Takaoka, exuding her bewitching charm, might feel a bit anticlimactic to fans who adore her, but she remains a figure who continues to captivate audiences on television screens, without a doubt.
