Hokkaido Athletic Association, where Haika Kitaguchi, the world’s top javelin thrower, grew up, failed to pay 7,350,000 yen in registration fees.

Kitaguchi had just visited her hometown Asahikawa City Hall on October 20
Asuka Terada, from Sapporo, is a former Japanese record holder in hurdles.
Terada also tried her hand at rugby for a while and became a topic of conversation.
Chisato Fukushima, the 100m and 200m Japan record holder, is from Makubetsu Town.
Fukushima announced her retirement in January 2010, and is now a specially-appointed assistant professor in the School of Sports and Health Science at Juntendo University, where she also serves as an assistant coach for the short distance.
