A beautiful 24-year-old esthetician confessed to having an “affair with daddy” with Masanori Hamada of Downtown Tokyo.
Secret meeting in a luxury hotel suite
I thought I would keep my relationship with my ‘boyfriend’ to myself. But after the report of his separation from his wife came out, I saw him appealing to his happiness by saying, ‘My wife and I were laughing together,’ and I began to wonder if I should remain silent. I thought that since I am a popular person that everyone knows, it would be better for them to know what I went through.”
Ms. A, 24, who currently runs an esthetic salon in Osaka, confessed to FRIDAY. The man she calls her “boyfriend” is the man at the top of the comedy world, “Downtown” actor Masanori Hamada (59), who, according to Ms. A, met secretly with Hamada several times in Umeda from 2006 to 2007, when she was working at a major esthetic salon.
Ms. A is a beautiful woman resembling the model Meruru, but she had no ties to the entertainment industry. How did she come to have relations with Hamada?
“Around the fall of ’18, someone named Mr. S, who was originally a drinking buddy of mine, suddenly asked me to show him my ID to confirm that I was really over 20 years old. He looked at my insurance card and driver’s license, and after confirming that I was an adult, he said, ‘Mr. Hamada from Downtown is a friend of mine, and he seems to like A-chan, so I want to introduce him to you. I want to introduce her to you because she seems to like you.
Unable to ignore S’s introduction, A-san decided to “meet” Hamada. He was taken to a high-class hotel where they met secretly at a cost of no less than 100,000 yen per night.
We always met in the same suite. When I met him for the first time, I got off the elevator alone on the designated floor, and Hamada-san opened the door of the room a little and beckoned to me, saying ‘Come here, come here’ (laughs).
Hamada, who is well-known for his harsh but penetrating personality on TV, showed an unexpected side in front of her.
Before we met, I looked up Hamada-san and found that he liked French crullers, so I bought some at Mister Donut and brought them with me. I bought it at Mister Donut and brought it to her. Then Hamada-san cried and said, ‘This is the first time you’ve done this for me. …… I asked him if I should turn off my cell phone, and he cried even more. He cried even more when I asked him if I should turn off my phone. I thought he was a very lonely person even though he is so famous. …… He also said, ‘I want you to call me Ma-kun.
Hamada liked Ms. A so much that he often invited her to his suite; their first secret meeting ended in a hug, but the second time they began to have a physical relationship.
I knew I would do it the second time we met, so I didn’t have any resistance. There was no particular mood and it was like, ‘Well, let’s go to bed. In the morning, Mr. Hamada left the hotel in time for the recording and …… I was told, ‘You can stay as long as you like.'”
Ms. A describes their relationship as “what you might call ‘daddy’s business.
There was no agreement, but he gave me money every time for cab fare or something. …… The second time we met, he grabbed a wad of cash out of his wallet without counting it and handed it to me. I met him about four times and received a total of about 300,000 yen.
Hamada’s tribute to Mr. A was not limited to money.
When I was using a red wallet, he said, ‘Red is no good because it burns money. He bought me a Dolce & Gabbana wallet the next time we met. He also told me, “If you mark the items you want in the magazine, I’ll buy you everything you want. I had just come out of the country at the time and wasn’t very sophisticated, but Mr. Hamada said, ‘I like to take a girl who looks like a potato and make her my favorite.
When talking to Hamada in everyday life, he was “as gentle as a relative’s uncle. But in bed, he changed completely,” says A. “He would force the lid of a bottle that wouldn’t open.
He would pinch parts of my body with a force like forcing open the lid of a bottle that wouldn’t open, or beat me or strangle me. …… Even when I wanted them to stop, they held my neck and I couldn’t speak. They didn’t give me any confirmation, and they didn’t put me on birth control. I couldn’t stand the situation any longer, and we stopped seeing each other after April of ’19.
It was in January of this year that Hamada and his wife, Natsumi Ogawa (60), were reportedly separated. According to the report, they had been living separately for one or two years. …… Could Hamada’s relationships with women also be the cause of the separation report? In order to confirm the facts, FRIDAY directly interviewed Ogawa after she had finished her stage work in Kyoto. However, she took one look at the reporter who called out, “This is FRIDAY,” and told the cab driver to “quickly close the door,” and drove away without asking any questions.
We later confirmed the facts with Yoshimoto Kogyo, to which Hamada and Ogawa belong, but did not receive a response by the deadline.
Was the man who reigns at the top of the comedy world relieving his loneliness with a young woman?
