<p>The Met Gala 2021 was held on Monday, September 13 (local time) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art&#8217;s Costume Institute in New York City, USA.</p>
<p>The Met Gala is held every year on the first Monday in May, but due to the new coronavirus, it was cancelled last year and postponed again this May 2021. It has been about a year and five months since the last Met Gala, and the scale of the event has been scaled down from usual.</p>

And it was designed by Kanye West (and Balenciaga designer Demna Vazalia), who are currently in the middle of a divorce. The mysterious man who escorted Kim in the mask was not Kanye, but Demna.</p>
