<p> On July 6, the Gunma Prefectural Police arrested Toshinao Inoue (42), an office worker from Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture, on suspicion of strangling his eldest daughter, Akari (6), a first-grader, to death.Next to Akari, her 3-year-old older brother, Shuri, had also passed away.</p>
