Inoue was also arrested in May on suspicion of forcing another junior high school student into prostitution. The suspect Inoue was a member of a delinquent group active in the Toyoko neighborhood and called himself ‘Inochi.

He was arrested on suspicion of having a third-year junior high school girl perform a sexual act at a Kabukicho bathhouse at around 2:50 p.m. on May 5 and again at around 11:40 p.m. on May 9 at a hotel, where he had her perform a sexual act and film it. The suspect, Inoue, admitted the charges, saying that he had been told by the girl that she was 14 years old.

According to a statement by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, Inoue said, “I want the suspect to say that he did it (the sexual act) forcefully on his own. If you don’t, I’ll get caught. The girl had been taking anti-anxiety medication on both days, and especially on the 9th, she had overdosed. Some of the girls were only charged for their accommodations, but others were threatened with video footage of their sexual intercourse.
