<p> According to the indictment, he possessed 3.517 grams of dried marijuana at his home in Tokyo on February 2 this year. After surfing in Chiba Prefecture on the same day, he inhaled a mixture of cocaine and MDMA in the car he was driving to his house in Tokyo. When he returned home, his house was searched by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare&#8217;s Narcotics Control Department and he was arrested in the act. He admitted that there was &#8220;no doubt&#8221; about the nature of the indictment.</p>
<p> During the questioning of the accused that day, it became clear that he was in close contact with drugs. The first question from the defense attorney spoke of his contact with drugs. The first time he used marijuana was when he was 20 years old while studying abroad in the United States. The children of his homestay family were using it,</p>
