<p> On March 10, the Chiba Prefectural Police Investigation Division 1 arrested Toshiki Maeda, 34, the president of a civil engineering company, Hisashi Miyazono, 37, an employee, and Kohki Konishi, 23, all of whom are suspected of the murder of a 39-year-old male colleague.
