<h3> The unique &#8220;organization&#8221; of &#8220;Masked Rider Revise</h3>
<p> Masked Rider Revise&#8221; (broadcasted in 2021), a popular work in the Reiwa Rider series, will celebrate its 5th anniversary on September 5, 2026.</p>
<p> Masked Rider Revise&#8221; has been a topic of conversation since it was first broadcast, with its innovative characters, the mysteries and twists that unfold one after another, and its intense action, and even now, as it approaches its 5th anniversary, it still boasts strong popularity, and the main scriptwriter, Mr. Hanta Kinoshita, has written a novel, &#8220;Masked Rider Revise ONE POSSIBILITY,&#8221; which has also been published. <p> Structural perspectives are classified according to the decision-making mechanism, and include hierarchical &#8220;hierarchical organizations,&#8221; &#8220;flat organizations,&#8221; and &#8220;matrix organizations,&#8221; in which decisions are made across multiple supervisors and departments.</p>

<p> The main character, Kazuki Igarashi, was the eldest son of the Igarashi family who ran a public bath called &#8220;Shiawaseyu,&#8221; but after an accident transformed him into Masked Rider Revai, he became involved in a destiny to fight as a masked rider against the Deadmans, a devil worshiping organization that is plotting to revive Gifu.</p>
<p> The Revise Driver, which enables the transformation of Masked Rider Revai, was originally developed by the Phoenix, a special agency under the direct control of the government, to fight the Deadmans. The chosen transformer was Kazuki&#8217;s younger brother, Daiji, the second son of the Igarashi family, but when the Deadmans attacked his Phoenix squad leader appointment ceremony, he chickened out despite the chance to transform, and it was Kazuki who transformed instead.</p>
<p> Furthermore, as I will mention later, Genta, the father of Kazuki and Daiji, also had his life twisted by a certain organization.</p>

<p> This organization called Phoenix was a government organization created to fight crimes committed by Deadmen and the Deadmans who are behind the crimes.</p>
<p> It seemed to possess super-scientific power that deviated from modern science, as items such as screwdrivers and by-stamps were developed one after another by scientist George Karasaki, and it possessed the command mother ship Phoenix Skybase in the air, but in fact, it was an organization with a big secret.</p>
<p> The secret concerned Hideo Akaishi, the creator and director of Phoenix, which later led to the destruction of Phoenix.</p>

<h3> Noah, the predecessor of the Phoenix, is the root of all this!</h3>
<p> The predecessor of Phoenix was Noah, a government scientific research organization established for the military use of demons based on the power of the Gifu, and the research that later led to the creation of Kamen Rider Revai, including the By Stamp, was conducted at this organization by Masumi Karasaki, George Karasaki&#8217;s father.</p>
<p> They conducted inhumane experiments such as transplanting Gifu&#8217;s cells into Ikki&#8217;s father, Genta Igarashi (whose real name was Junpei Shiranami), and when he was destroyed in an accident, he leaked the &#8220;coffin of Gifu,&#8221; which was the cause of much of the subsequent turmoil.</p>

In contrast, Noah, which was a government organization but whose purpose was scientific research, was a &#8220;matrix organization&#8221; with &#8220;servant leadership.</p>

<p> Phoenix&#8217;s greatest enemy is the Deadmans, an organization that seeks to disrupt society through the use of deadmen produced by by-stamps. Under the leadership of three executives, Aguilera, Orteka, and Julio, the Deadmans gathered a group of followers who were dissatisfied with society.</p>
<p> They repeatedly committed misdeeds, such as boarding the Sky Base, but the Deadman&#8217;s Base, their headquarters, was destroyed by the Phoenix&#8217;s onslaught, and the coffin of Gif, the object of their faith, was recovered by the Phoenix.</p>
<p> The Deadman&#8217;s was a &#8220;hierarchical organization&#8221; with &#8220;tyrannical leadership&#8221; similar to a religious organization, but unlike the Phoenix, it had few people capable of leadership, which was a major weakness.</p>
<p> The failure of the &#8220;Giff&#8217;s Resurrection Ceremony,&#8221; which was a major event, and the division of the three executives resulted in the loss of control of the organization, and the short life of the &#8220;New Deadman&#8217;s&#8221; led to the complete demise of the Deadman&#8217;s.</p>

<p> But these two organizations are not the only ones. The Weekend is a resistance organization made up of people who have lost their families to the Deadman&#8217;s, with the idea that the Phoenix should be monitored in the same way as the Deadman&#8217;s. The Weekend is a group of people who have lost their families to the Deadman&#8217;s.</p>
<p> The organization has a reasonable strength and has contributed greatly to the restoration of peace in the world, since there were people from both the Phoenix and the Deadmans, including Sakura, another masked rider from the Igarashi family, who joined the organization.</p>
