 A former SDN48 member, she has dominated variety shows since her graduation. We interviewed Serina, who is currently on sale in the January 2, 9, and 16, 2026 issue of FRIDAY, and has been the talk of the town since her first gravure appearance in a while.
 How was the gravure shoot for FRIDAY?
 Serina answered, &#8220;Once again, I thought to myself, &#8216;I really like this job. There are many people in the gravure world who make photo shoots fun, and I feel like I am in a place where I can express myself freely and spontaneously, a place where I can express myself most easily.
 ─ Is there anything you keep in mind on a daily basis?
 What do you keep in mind on a daily basis? &#8220;For those who have been supporting me for a long time, if the atmosphere of the group changes after 5 or 10 years, they may feel a little sad&#8230;.

 So I have a feeling that I want to be the same Serina. But when you are alive, even yesterday and today, your likes may change, or your environment may change. I think that only I should be aware of these daily transitions.
 When I look at the photos taken of me, I think, &#8220;I liked this kind of thing back then,&#8221; or &#8220;I remember spending this kind of time with this kind of person. I can look back and think, &#8220;I liked this at that time,&#8221; or &#8220;I was spending this kind of time. I would be happy if you could see the changes that only I know about, and still feel that I have become more beautiful than before, that I am working hard on my body, and that I am still the same Serina that you have always liked.

<h2>I want to be with someone I care about.</h2>
 ─ What do you consider to be your charm point?
 I recently realized that my brain is my charm point (laughs). 
 (Laughs.) In order to live my life as someone who is second to none, I absolutely need my brain, and it is the part that gives me confidence.
 There are many other things I like about him. I like the shape of my ears, the color of my eyes, and my teeth. 
 But most of all, it is my thoughts.
 It is an important weapon to live my life as myself.
 ─ ─ Your work in the front and your behind-the-scenes work as an idol producer. How do you feel about both?

 I feel that one of the things I have to tell the idols is how to approach their work, and if I can pass on to them the things that I am glad I have done so far, and if that leads them in a positive direction for their future, then I will feel confident and want to do my best in my front work as well, so being able to do both is a good cycle for me. It&#8217;s a good cycle.
 ─ ─ Have you received any love from the people around you recently?
 I feel that I am overflowing with love every day. 
 Last year, I left the office and became independent, and since that time, I have felt a strong desire to do the work I really want to do and be with people I consider important.
 Not only my work, but also the people I go out to eat with, the environment in which I spend my days casually&#8230; I think you can&#8217;t move forward unless there is love somewhere.
 Once I started consciously choosing places where love exists, many such things naturally gathered. 
 When I say &#8220;I love you&#8221; or &#8220;I value you,&#8221; the other person responds, and the relationship expands even further. That is how it is every day.
 I don&#8217;t want to go to a place where there is no love anymore. I am filled with love every day.
 ─ What are you looking forward to the most?
 The future of the idol I am producing, &#8220;Odore! Kamikaze&#8217; that I am producing.
 Before I met these girls, I myself had almost lost sight of my dreams. I knew the time I spent with my dreams, so I felt that I was missing something. I think there are different kinds of lives: a life where you can&#8217;t see your dreams, a life where you give up on your dreams, and a life where your dreams come true, but I want everyone to live a life where their dreams come true. I want you to continue to make them come true. With this in mind, I enjoy every day I spend with the members.
