<p data-start="1010" data-end="1386">Tanabe first gained public recognition as an actress in the April 2021 drama Rikokatsu (Nippon TV). She played a woman who tries to steal away her boss from his wife, and the scene where she brought “chikuzen-ni” (simmered chicken and vegetables) to the boss’s wife, who was bad at cooking, became a hot topic. The term “Chikuzen-ni woman” even trended on Twitter (now X).</p>

Yankee-kun to Hakujou Girl (Nippon TV, 2021), she portrayed a visually impaired woman, and in Yugure ni, Te wo Tsunagu (TBS, 2023), she played a mysterious beauty with a beautiful singing voice.
