<p> What did &#8220;FRIDAY&#8221; report 10, 20, and 30 years ago? In &#8220;Playback Friday,&#8221; we take a look back at the topics that were hot at the time. This time, we will introduce the &#8220;glossy&#8221; graduation photos of seven would-be female announcers from Waseda, Kei, Sophia, Meiji, and Toyo Eiwa,&#8221; which appeared in the April 17, 2003, issue ten years ago.</p>
<p> It is graduation season, and many young people are leaving school and entering the workforce. Among them are women who will become TV announcers in April. &#8230;&#8230; Ten years ago, in particular, there were many announcers who would go on to become key figures in their respective stations. <p><span class="strongInContent"> Aimi Miyashi, 23, who has been offered a job at Fuji Television, said with a smile, &#8220;I want to be in charge of information programs when I enter the workforce. She was the grand prix winner of the &#8220;Miss Circle Contest 2010&#8221; and has frequently appeared in fashion magazines as a reader model.</span></p>

<p> At the graduation ceremony at Keio University, &#8220;I came to this year&#8217;s graduation ceremony to give flowers to my friends,&#8221; said Yoko Ozawa (23), who, like Miyaji, had been offered a position at Fuji Television. She had already graduated in September &#8217;14. Keio is famous for the &#8220;Miss Keio&#8221; pageant, which has produced such female announcers as Minako Nakano (Fuji) and Yuko Aoki (TBS) and is called the &#8220;gateway to success for female announcers. The grand prix winner in &#8217;13, Risa Uuchi, was offered a position at TBS. Ozawa, by the way, also won the grand prix in 2012.</p>

The image showed Miyashi, Ozawa, Niimi and her male classmate Taisuke Uchino, and a baby who appeared to be the child of Ozawa and Uchino, whose face had been doctored, in the center of the circle.</p>
<p> Ten years have passed since they graduated as unofficial announcers. The girls have gone their separate ways.</p>
