Takabiruma Ruma (30) of &#8220;Reiwa Roman,&#8221; who won the M-1 championship again after it was revealed that he had been arbitrarily interviewed, admitted his involvement, uploaded an apology video on his YouTube channel, and has been refraining from activities since February 19.</p>
