After learning the details of the crime from the video…

In the first part of the article, “Former Principal Arrested for Sexual Assault on Student, ‘I’ll Take Care of Your Body’: ‘Too Vile, Too Secret Room Technique’,” we discussed the despicable method of former junior high school principal Hisayoshi Kitamura, 57, who was arrested for sexual assault on his student.

In the article, the defendant, Hisayoshi Kitamura, 57, a former principal of a junior high school, was arrested for sexually assaulting his student.

The defendant Kitamura took advantage of the victim’s lack of resistance and escalated his acts according to his desires. He brought an electric massager and a rotor into the school and began to press them directly against Ms. A’s pubic area.

Ms. A described her feelings at the time.

The massager was quite painful, and because of the loud vibrations, I felt a great deal of discomfort in my lower abdomen. I felt pain when the rotor was inserted, and the vibrations were also unpleasant. Even after the rotor was removed, there was still an uncomfortable feeling of the vibrations still being there. I didn’t like to look at what was being done to me, so I would look at the ceiling or right beside me to keep out of sight.”

Because she dared not look at what was being done to her at the time, Ms. A learned for the first time through reviewing the videos that Kitamura was using a rotor and engaging in sexual intercourse without contraceptives.

In the video, Ms. A was seen writhing, moaning, and shedding tears.

I thought it would be embarrassing to speak out, so I tried to hold back somehow,” she said. Still, there were times when I was in so much pain that I had to speak out. The pain continued throughout the day. I had always felt pain and discomfort from the use of various machines, and I also felt very uncomfortable. So I think it was very hard on me physically and mentally.

He unleashed an astonishing excuse…

Ms. A was unable to convey this feeling of “I don’t like it” to the defendant, Kitamura said.

She said, “I tried to resist as much as I could at the time, such as making an uncomfortable face and pushing the defendant as far away from me as possible with my hands. But I couldn’t communicate in words. Every time I couldn’t say no, I thought it would be like, ‘It’s too late for that,’ and I thought it would be futile to say anything anyway.”

In response to the prosecutor’s question, “In the course of the sexual act, did the defendant explain this act to you?”, Ms. A’s answer was a statement that could not have come from a defendant who is supposed to be an educator.

He said, “‘This act is something that people who like each other do, it’s nothing to be ashamed of and it’s a wonderful thing. He also explained that ‘by using a different part of your brain than the part you use for studying, you can relax and study more efficiently.

Kitamura said that he was supposed to be in a relationship with Ms. A, but that Ms. A had never expressed any interest in him.

He said, “He expressed his feelings for me many times, but I managed to get away with it in a vague way. Because of my character, I couldn’t say it too strongly, but I still said, ‘No, I don’t want to.'”

Mr. A wanted to take time off from school many times. However, he never actually did.

I couldn’t explain to my parents why I was absent. I also thought that missing so many days would affect my unofficial report,” said Mr. A. “The defense argued that the statute of limitations had expired.

I despise them.”

When asked by the prosecutor why she couldn’t explain to her parents, Ms. A. described her feelings at the time.

I was ashamed to explain what had been done to me. I was also worried that if I talked to my parents, they would be saddened, and if I talked to another teacher, it would become a big deal involving the whole school. By that time, I figured I would just have to put up with it for the duration of junior high school and get through it.”

In the end, the sexual assaults by the Kitamura defendants continued until the summer of their third year of junior high school.

At first, Ms. A said of Mr. Kitamura, “He taught science classes in an easy-to-understand manner, and his writing on the board was beautiful. He taught science classes in a way that was easy to understand, and he wrote beautifully on the board. I despise him.

Ms. A, who answered the questions in a matter-of-fact manner, showed no change of emotion at all, no matter what the question was. Although Kitamura has admitted to violating the Child Pornography Law, he is partially disputing the charge of quasi-rape.

The prosecutor claims that “as a result of examining the video of the sexual assault on Ms. A, she sustained a mucous membrane injury with a total healing time of approximately one week,” but there is no doctor’s note or other medical report, and the defense points out that “did Ms. A really suffer an injury?

And since the statute of limitations on appeal for the crime of quasi-rape is 15 years, whereas the statute of limitations on prosecution for the crime of quasi-rape is 10 years, he argues that “if she was not injured, the statute of limitations would run.

Whether or not Ms. A’s injuries will be recognized during the upcoming trial, which will greatly affect the verdict. The verdict is scheduled to be handed down on December 9.
