<p>On October 28, &#8220;Tokyo International Film Festival 2024&#8221; opened in Hibiya (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) with an opening event. A total of 211 actors and directors from Japan and abroad walked the 162-meter-long red carpet amidst cheers and applause.</p>
