<p>On October 27, Atago Police Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department caught in the act a suspect, Hiroyuki Chigira, 49, of Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture, with an unknown occupation, on suspicion of attempted murder. He allegedly stabbed a female waitress in a girls&#8217; bar in Minato Ward, Tokyo, in the neck and other parts of her body with a fruit knife with a blade of about 10 cm in length.</p>
