The manager is holding her down. Come quickly!”
It was early in the morning when an employee of a girls’ bar made a distressing 110 call. The police officer who arrived at the scene saw a male customer being held down inside the bar. Nearby was a blade covered in sticky blood.
On October 27, Atago Police Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department caught in the act a suspect, Hiroyuki Chigira, 49, of Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture, with an unknown occupation, on suspicion of attempted murder. He allegedly stabbed a female waitress in a girls’ bar in Minato Ward, Tokyo, in the neck and other parts of her body with a fruit knife with a blade of about 10 cm in length.
The alleged incident occurred early in the morning of the same day, shortly after 5:30 a.m. The scene was a girls’ bar near JR Shinbashi Station. The scene was a girls’ bar near JR Shinbashi Station. The person stabbed was 18-year-old Ms. A, who was serving the suspect, Chiaki, almost one-on-one over the counter. There were other customers in the bar, but the suspect, Chiaki, produced a knife from a bag he was carrying and mounted a horse and stabbed Ms. A to death.
The employee reported the incident, and Ms. A was transported to the hospital in an unconscious state while being given cardiac massage, but was confirmed dead about an hour later. The cause of death was hemorrhagic shock. It is believed that he had strong intent to kill.
He was aiming for her.”
Chiaki visited the girls’ bar alone after 11 p.m. the night before, staying there for more than six hours.
According to his statement to the police, the suspect was quite attached to Ms. A. According to his statement to the police, the two met on a matching app around June of this year. The suspect, Chiaki, commuted from his home in Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture, to the girls’ bar where Ms. A was staying once a week in most cases.
He confessed to the following charges. I brought the knife (from home). I was the one who stabbed her. (I was aiming at (Mr. A). The police have changed the charge to murder and are investigating.
The photographer for this magazine photographed the suspect’s sending to the police station on October 28, immediately after his arrest. He was a shocked sight, staring at the press from behind his long hair.
What kind of trouble was there between the two? What is curious is the consultation that Ms. A sent to the police in October.
She said, “A guy I met on a matching app stole money from my wallet and I want him to take it back. The suspect’s nickname was given to her at the time, and we believe that the ‘man’ Ms. A was referring to was Mr. Chiaki. The investigators asked Mr. A to provide evidence and other materials, but he failed to cooperate, so they terminated their response,” said another reporter from the Social Affairs Department.
The suspect, Chiaki, has remained silent about his detailed motive for Ms. A’s murder.
