<p>On September 25, former celebrity and businessman Kenji Haga (real name Mikio Toma, 63) was arrested on suspicion of obstruction of execution. This is his third arrest.</p>
<p>In June 2011, Haga conspired with seven others, including the leader of a gang affiliated with Yamaguchigumi&#8217;s Kodokai. He is suspected of lying about the registration of a building and land he owned in Okinawa Prefecture, claiming that the ownership had been transferred to the company he represented, in order to avoid foreclosure. As of March 26, the police have not revealed the identities of the seven suspects.</p>
