Recently, a big-name celebrity has been facing criticism every time they share something. The popular singer with many hit songs and wife of Takuya Kimura, Shizuka Kudo (54), is such a person.
A few days after being criticized for taking a &#8220;daimyo procession&#8221; style tour of Kochi with her staff, she faced criticism again for introducing her homemade seasoning on Instagram.

It is said that she uses every part of the yuzu, including the peel and seeds. The photo of the yuzu shows bottles of yuzu salt, yuzu enzyme syrup, and salt yuzu, which can be purchased at supermarkets, and Shizuka’s explanation continues:

In this latest post, she included hashtags like “#Shii’s Relaxed Cooking,” “#No Food Waste,” and “#Thank You Farmers,” indicating her high eco-consciousness. However, there have been heartless comments online:

On the other hand, Shizuka&#8217;s husband, Takuya Kimura (51), is receiving unexpected praise for his eco-consciousness.
On August 18, Kimura’s YouTube channel was updated with a video featuring him and his junior talent, former A.B.C-Z member Fukito Kawai (36), visiting the family restaurant &#8220;Gusto.&#8221; In one scene from the video:
Kimura, who was visiting Gusto for the first time in six years, was amazed by the touch panel ordering system and the serving robots, exclaiming, “Wow, it’s a touch panel now!?” He ordered meat sauce pasta and, while heading to the drink bar to get Tabasco for his pasta, his actions received praise.

“Kimura noticed that the opened Tabasco was placed behind a new bottle of Tabasco. He picked up the opened Tabasco, sprinkled it on his pasta, and then returned it to the front of the new Tabasco bottles. His casual action drew praise, with comments like, ‘The Tabasco scene, though subtle, reveals his personality’” (Entertainment Writer).
In September 2021, Kimura shared on the TV Asahi show Kaji Yaro!!! that he makes natto rice with “enzymatic brown rice” instead of white rice.
“I’ve been doing it for about 15 years, because I like it. I only eat white rice when I’m outside.”
This comment highlights the Kimura family&#8217;s commitment to health.
Despite showing their true selves, the Kimura couple&#8217;s actions are met with mixed reactions. It seems that being a star couple means everything they do becomes a topic of discussion.
