Shizuka’s Instagram, which provides a detailed glimpse into the Kimura family’s life including their pets and cooking in addition to her work, is popular.

Recently, a big-name celebrity has been facing criticism every time they share something. The popular singer with many hit songs and wife of Takuya Kimura, Shizuka Kudo (54), is such a person.

A few days after being criticized for taking a “daimyo procession” style tour of Kochi with her staff, she faced criticism again for introducing her homemade seasoning on Instagram.

<I made salt yuzu, yuzu enzyme syrup, and yuzu sweet soy sauce with the yuzu we received>

A photo of the green yuzu on the table is accompanied by Shizuka’s explanation.

It looks very delicious (From Shizuka Kudo’s Instagram).

<This yuzu sweet soy sauce thickens because pectin is released from around the seeds! You can also add a piece of garlic or some to the edges.>

It is said that she uses every part of the yuzu, including the peel and seeds. The photo of the yuzu shows bottles of yuzu salt, yuzu enzyme syrup, and salt yuzu, which can be purchased at supermarkets, and Shizuka’s explanation continues:

<Before washing the bottle, it’s excellent to put vegetables in it, give it a light shake, and pour olive oil over it!>

She even provided tips on how to reuse the bottles.

“Ms. Kudo often posts her homemade dishes on Instagram. When she shared her process of making corn rice, she used the corn cobs as well, emphasizing ‘food waste.’ In response to criticisms like, ‘Are you feeding garbage to your family?’ she commented, ‘It’s good to use food until the very end.’ It may be part of her daily life, but by posting about it, it can come across as an attempt to show off, which can easily provoke backlash” (Entertainment Writer).

In this latest post, she included hashtags like “#Shii’s Relaxed Cooking,” “#No Food Waste,” and “#Thank You Farmers,” indicating her high eco-consciousness. However, there have been heartless comments online:

<“It’s definitely not professional. Using empty bottles is just normal.”>

<“Reusing empty bottles isn’t such a big deal, right? The way she makes a big fuss about reusing everything is really off-putting! Bragging about something that’s common sense.”>
