Currently, Osawa is portraying the legendary general Ouki, clad in armor and wielding a huge spear, in the film “Kingdom: Return of the Great General.”
&#8220;Osawa adjusts his physique stoically according to his roles. He gained 20 kg for the role of General Ou Ki, but later lost 11 kg for the film &#8216;Silent Fleet.&#8217; The amount of weight change is extraordinary and something that ordinary people could not endure.
As a result, both films have been highly praised. &#8216;Kingdom,&#8217; released in July, surpassed 5 billion yen in box office revenue in just 21 days, with all four films in the series exceeding 5 billion yen.
