Photographer Eita Nagayama’s private exhibition, which was attended by his wife Kaela Kimura, was a great success.

Shortly after noon on April 27, actor Eita Nagayama (41) held his solo exhibition “33 Exhibition” (April 27-May 6) at the “Tower Gallery” at the foot of Tokyo Tower. Eita took to his Instagram,

I’m thinking of various things such as taking pictures, thinking of T-shirts with visitors, taking pictures of Tokyo Tower with everyone, and so on. Let’s meet at Tokyo Tower.

On the first day of the event, Eita himself showed up at the venue.

Eita loves cameras and has been active as a “photographer. In 2010, he published “Eita Nagayama, Photography,” a collection of photographs he took of Suzu Hirose, Masaki Suda, and others. He has also held solo exhibitions at Leica in Tokyo and Kyoto.

The photographs in this exhibition were mainly of landscapes, and T-shirts and stickers based on them were lined up in a small space.

The venue was an open space where admission was free and photography was allowed, and everyone was surprised when Eita-san arrived. Eita-san looked a little shy when approached by visitors and seemed a little blunt, but he was kind enough to explain about the T-shirts and agree to take two-shot photos with us. I could tell that he really likes photography,” said one of the fans who attended the event.

His wife, Kaela Kimura, also came to the event and they are as close as ever. Eita, who plays a variety of unique roles in movies and TV dramas, exudes an aura of unapproachability, but the “photographer” Eita seemed to be a friendly and good-natured person.
