<p>Investigators entered the store and took custody of several female customers who appeared to be underage. After seizing items that could be used as evidence, the store manager was caught red-handed.</p>

<p>From February 28 to March 1, the Juvenile Development Division of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department arrested three men and a woman, including Shun Nakamura, 29, the manager of Men&#8217;s Concept Cafe (hereafter &#8220;Con Cafe&#8221;) K in Kabukicho, Tokyo, and Wang Bo, 32, the actual manager and a Chinese national, on suspicion of violating the Entertainment Establishment Law. It is alleged that male employees entertained female customers without obtaining a license for adult entertainment business.</p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> Konkafé K was instructed by the police on two occasions last year during on-site inspections. Despite this, no improvement was seen, so the police raided the premises on February 28. Inside the restaurant, a male employee was serving female customers. Some of the female customers were underage girls.</span></p>
<p><span class="strongInContent"> The manager, Nakamura, who was caught red-handed, stated, &#8216;I had my doubts about not obtaining a license for a sex business, but I had no choice but to continue in order to make a living.</span></p>
<p>The concept of K is to &#8220;support idol boyfriends. The concept of K is to &#8220;support idol boyfriends,&#8221; in which male employees are seen as idols who have not yet made their debut, and female customers back them up.</p>

<p><span class="strongInContent"> However, it seems that the fees were unreasonably high. It is said that K may have served such expensive drinks to high school girls and other minors.</span></p>
<p>The malicious service &#8230;&#8230; plays on the psychology of women who long to be idols. The police are focusing their efforts on exposing con-cafes that operate improperly.</p>
