<p> The man called 119 around 4:30 p.m. on September 23. Firefighters and police officers rushed to the apartment in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, and found the young woman collapsed in the living room. She was immediately taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly after 7:30 p.m. on the same day.</p>

According to the police, Komatsu beat Ms. A for about 20 minutes starting around midnight on September 10, and Ms. A had multiple bruises on her body that appeared to have been caused by the beating.</strong></p>

He often threatened and assaulted the woman, telling her that he would kill her if she left him.</p>
<p><strong> In several cases, the police intervened in advance and held discussions with the victims.
