Kei Komuro, 30, has finally made his move.
 Today, November 12, from 8:00 p.m., Mr. Komuro will hold face-to-face negotiations with the former fiancee of Mr. Komuro&#8217;s mother, Kayo, in Tokyo. This will be the first meeting between the two since the &#8220;4 million yen financial trouble&#8221; between the Komuro family and the former fiancee was reported in 2005, a source on the former fiancee&#8217;s side revealed.

The negotiations came about after a representative of the Komuro family stated in April this year that they were ready to pay a settlement. The former fiancée&#8217;s side had sought to negotiate with Ms. Kayo, but due to Ms. Kayo&#8217;s health condition, the Komuro family side had approached Ms. Komuro herself for &#8220;direct negotiations.
The two sides had been communicating about the date of the negotiations since before the wedding press conference on October 26. At one point, it was agreed that the negotiations would be held in early November, but it is believed that the Komuro family asked for a postponement in light of the health condition of Tatsuhiko Kawashima, who passed away on November 4.
In today&#8217;s negotiations, Mr. Komuro is expected to offer to pay the settlement directly to his former fiancee. Mr. Komuro and Ms. Mako, 30, are scheduled to travel to the U.S. on November 14, and the face-to-face negotiations took place just before that. It is thought that Mr. Komuro wanted to discuss this issue with his ex-fiancee before he left for the US.

Her ex-fiancee commented to this magazine, &#8220;I would like to discuss this matter as soon as possible.
 &#8220;I&#8217;ve been saying that I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible and send Kei off to the U.S., so I&#8217;m very happy that the negotiations will be realized. I would like to have an honest discussion with Mr. Kei without any pretense.
Once Komuro leaves for the U.S., it is unlikely that the two will have a chance to meet, and this may be the last time they see each other. Will this be the last time they see each other? Will they be able to resolve their differences?
