Waka&#8217;s popularity is tremendous. She is at the top of the search rankings every day, and her Weibo fan community has more than 520,000 followers.
 And now, not only online, but tourists from all over the country are rushing to the base to catch a glimpse of Wafa. Sichuan Province, where Weibo lives, is one of the country&#8217;s leading tourist destinations, with many world heritage sites and delicious cuisine. It would have been unthinkable in the past that people would travel to Sichuan not for sightseeing but just to see the pandas.&#8221;
