In mid-October, I spotted Beni Takemata, 23, a reporter for Fuji TV, in front of the home of Kei Komuro, who is about to get married.
Announcer Takemata made several recordings in the vicinity of the apartment and diligently wrote down notes in her notebook during her free time. Despite a light rain, she was able to make a live broadcast on &#8220;It! It!
She is a former female Go player and has experience as a TV personality, but how is her evaluation of her first six months in the company?

 At the end of August, she was the host of &#8220;FNS Rough &amp; Music,&#8221; a special program held for two nights in a row, together with her colleagues. Perhaps it is because she is used to TV as a celebrity, but she was always dignified even in front of Hitoshi Matsumoto (58) and Masahiro Nakai (49), and had an outstanding sense of stability compared to the other two announcers. The onsite staff gave her high marks, saying that they could leave her in charge of the show without worry.
 Expectations are rising for the ace announcer, who has been absent since April when Akiko Kuji (27), Reimi Tsutsumi (27), and others were reported to be suspected of &#8220;stealing&#8221;. She also has a large number of followers on social networking sites, and the photo book she published before joining the company is doing well. The fact that she has tangible numbers is also an advantage.&#8221; (Fuji TV mid-level employee)
On the other hand, there are some challenges.
 She says, &#8220;My announcing skills are still in their infancy. First of all, she needs to develop her skills. If we do that, I think the future will be bright.
The challenge has only just begun.
