Beauty parlor owner woman scissors man’s neck…graphic “blood on the scene” photo
‘I stabbed a man in the neck.
It was just after 10:30 a.m. on November 19 when the Nerima Police Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department received a 110 call. When police officers arrived at the scene, they found a man bleeding profusely after being stabbed in the neck with scissors. The man was taken to the hospital with the scissors in his neck and is said to be conscious but seriously injured.
Haruna Tamaki, 46, a beauty salon owner in Sakuradai, Nerima-ku, Tokyo, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
At the time of the incident, the victim, a man in his 60s, was riding in his car in a parking lot near the beauty parlor. When the suspect approached the car, he turned to Ms. A and asked her what was going on. He suddenly stabbed Mr. A, who was sitting in the driver’s seat, in the neck through the open window of the car. The murder weapon, a pair of scissors, is believed to have been used at the beauty salon.
How to Prevent Neighborhood Trouble
Mr. A’s and Tamaki’s houses are adjacent to each other, as well as a store; Mr. A owned a plumbing store. What kind of problem existed between them?
“It seems that they had been quarreling over a noise problem for some time. Tamaki reportedly consulted with the police twice since August of last year about the noisy neighbors, and called 110.
When we visited the scene the day after the incident, we found blood stains on the ground. When we visited the scene the next day, we found blood stains on the ground, indicating the graphic nature of the crime.
Former Kanagawa Prefectural Police detective and crime journalist Taihei Ogawa explains the background of the incident.
In neighborhood problems, it is rarely the fault of one side or the other. The biggest cause of incidents is a lack of communication. If construction work is going to cause noise, you should greet the neighbors in advance and explain, ‘We will be disturbing you from 00:00 to 00:00 on the 10th. If you explain to them that you are sorry for the noise, they will most likely understand. The neighbors can also request that you move the time because their children will be sleeping at that time.
If there is no explanation, they will be surprised and their anger will be amplified, saying, “It’s only natural that there should be a word. It is also not good to give a notice on a piece of paper that says, “We will start construction at 00:00 on the 10th. It gives the impression that it is one-sided and for their own convenience. Recently, it is becoming more and more common for people not to know who lives next door, but it is important to communicate with them on a regular basis.
Unless loud noises occur on a daily basis, the police will not be able to intervene in neighborhood problems and will only give warnings. In order to prevent incidents between neighbors, it is important for each of us to do and say what we do on a daily basis.
