Sato was also a member of the group. They held seminars to recruit high school and university students and persuaded them to invest in crypto assets.  Sato, a native of Niigata, had been working for a real estate company in Tokyo since April 2010. There are reports that he was temporarily in a relationship with a core member of the group and was living together in a luxury apartment in Minato Ward.
