<p><strong> Ueda was also arrested in February of this year for suffocating his second son, Yudai, to death. In August 2007, Ueda called 119 and said, &#8216;My son is limping. Yudai was found in cardiopulmonary arrest on a futon in their apartment, and was immediately transported to the hospital, where he was confirmed dead approximately two hours later.</strong></p>
<p><strong> At the time, Ueda explained to the hospital: &#8220;Suddenly, my son started suffering. My son suddenly started suffering. He had a chronic asthma disease. However, when Yudai&#8217;s body was examined, multiple traces of external pressure were found. The skin inside his mouth was peeled off, and internal bleeding was found on the back of his head.</strong></p>

Since his eldest son and daughter had died one after the other, the Child Guidance Center (hereafter referred to as &#8220;Kodomo no Sangyo&#8221;) began to support the suspect on the grounds that he might be neglecting his children.</p>
<p>However, trouble began in October 2012.</p>

<p><strong> The Child Guidance Center (hereafter referred to as &#8220;Kido&#8221;) began to provide support for the child after suspecting that Ueda might be neglecting the child. The Children&#8217;s Minister, suspecting that Yudai was a child, took him into custody and placed him in an institution until March 2003. However, after the suspicious death of their third son, Yasuo, in April 2005, Yudai was temporarily taken into care again.
