Yoshikazu Azumaya of &#8220;Gaasyy-ch,&#8221; an exposé-style YouTube personality who is running for the upper house of the Diet in the July 10 election, has been engaged in a fierce war with Rakuten Chairman Hiroshi Mikitani during the election period.
