<p>Atsushi Tsutsumishita, 44, of the comedy duo &#8220;Impulse,&#8221; announced on June 17 that he would refrain from performing after causing two property damage accidents in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, on the afternoon of June 14. This is the third time he has caused accidents.</p>

<p>The first was in June 2005. He took anti-allergic drugs and sleeping pills, drove his car in a daze, and crashed into a utility pole. Just four months later, he rear-ended a garbage truck while it was stopped at a traffic light, causing minor injuries, including sprained necks, to two workers. According to witnesses, Tsutsumi was dizzy and unsteady on his feet as he was being interviewed by the police, and was unable to communicate with them.</p>
<p><strong> I was surprised that he was still driving by himself after two accidents. As a celebrity, he should not have been driving by himself even in his private life. He is not qualified to be a celebrity.</strong></p>

<p>Although his TV appearances have drastically decreased since his last  accident, he has opened a new YouTube channel, &#8220;Tsutsumishita Shokudo.&#8221; His YouTube channel, &#8220;Tsutsumishita Shokudo,&#8221; has more than 410,000 registered users. This came just as his TV activities were gradually increasing, including a joint appearance on a local TV program with Yuta Kajiwara (41) of the comedy duo King Kong, a.k.a. Kajisak.</p>
<p><strong> He was just beginning to increase his TV activities. &#8220;Considering the future, it would be a risk for the show to have him on the show,&#8221; he said. It will be impossible for him to appear on TV again.</strong></p>
<p>Will we ever see him on TV again?</p>
