In the evening of late August, a man in a well-cut suit appeared in the underground parking lot of a movie theater in Toyosu (Koto-ku). It was Takanori Nishikawa, 50, of T.M.Revolution fame. He was on his way home after giving a speech at a movie theater. The day before, Nishikawa had announced the cancellation of the Inazuma Rock Festival, a music event he had planned to hold in his hometown in Shiga Prefecture. The decision was met with praise from the crowd.
 &#8220;Recently, there have been calls for &#8216;Mr. Nishikawa to be the governor of Shiga Prefecture! There have even been calls for &#8216;Mr. Nishikawa as governor of Shiga Prefecture! The local people are very serious. The local people are seriously hoping for the birth of Governor Nishikawa.
