If Inoue was killed or wounded by the VI gang, it would be the means to end the feud. However, the Hyogo Prefectural Police could not let the gang leader Inoue be killed without a fight. They do not even want to think of moving the center of the Yamaguchigumi to Nagoya City to save face. Therefore, they will firmly surround Inoue and will not allow the 6th Generation to forcefully break through and attack.

 Osamu Teraoka, a young head of the Kobe Yamaguchi-gumi, has been flying to Kyushu and Sanyo since last year to meet with top leaders of various regions, including Tetsuji Kobayashi of the Dojinkai, Yutaka Nakaoka of the Asano-gumi, and Nozomu Ikezawa of the Kyodo-kai. Waka-hashira Teraoka&#8217;s efforts to end the war did not go smoothly. The next move taken by Wakao Takayama was to expel the Inoue clan leader from Kobe.
This was carried out through Koji Nakata, the leader of the fifth Yamaguchi-gumi clan, who had left the Kobe Yamaguchi-gumi and moved to the Yamaguchigumi VI (currently under detention after being indicted for attempted murder and other crimes).
While under detention by the Hyogo Prefectural Police, the Nakata boss was probably ordered by Kiyoshi Takayama through a messenger. He has filed a suit in the Kobe District Court seeking registration of the transfer of ownership of a Sanken-gumi affiliated facility in Hanakuma-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe, the home of the Inoue clan leader in Kita-ku, Kobe, and a separate house in Inami-cho, Kako-gun, Hyogo Prefecture.
Since all of these properties are owned and managed by Inoue and his supporters, it is believed that Nakata&#8217;s strategy is to strip Inoue and throw him out in the open. Even if the ownership of the property is not transferred to Nakata&#8217;s side, he can stop the sale and purchase of the property if the case is pending in court. Since the land and buildings cannot be exchanged for cash, the Kobe Yamaguchigumi side will likely be stuck with money.
It is a strange move. Kiyoshi Takayama may boast that it is not only violence that can be used in a war, but also the head of the group.
 
<h2>Why the theory of changing the Wakatodai has surfaced.</h2>
By the way, recently, a piece of information has been circulated that is too far-fetched. It is said that Waka-head Takayama will step down from the position of Waka-head of the Yamaguchigumi VI and pass the baton to Assistant Waka-head Miki Ando (Takenaka clan leader, Himeji). The number three of the Yamaguchigumi VI is already decided to be Shomei Takeuchi (Chairman of Koudoukai, Nagoya). If one dares to look for who will be the next head of Yamaguchigumi VI, it is unanimously agreed that it will be Takeuchi.
 
To be sure, we asked a person related to the Kōdōkai
 &#8220;Without any hesitation, the two people who are currently recognized by Wakao Takayama for their abilities are Masahiro Nouchi (head of the Nouchi clan, head of the Kodokai, Gifu) and Miki Ando. Mr. Shomei Takeuchi has been a bit overshadowed. So I can&#8217;t easily say that Mr. Takeuchi is third.&#8221;

 Miss Takeuchi recently went to Himeji. When Mr. and Mrs. Ando entertained them at a kaiseki restaurant in Uomachi, Himeji, she said, &#8216;Our people are easily misunderstood. Mr. Ando, please take good care of our people from now on, will you?

If Mr. Takayama said, &#8216;I&#8217;m stepping down as young leader instead of you, and Miki Ando will take my place,&#8217; it would be easier for the Inoue clan leader to swallow his retirement proposal. And since Mr. Ando is not a member of the Kodokai, people around him would not say that Kodokai&#8217;s control over Yamaguchigumi would continue for three generations, Tsukasa, Takayama, and Takeuchi.
 The Sixth Generation side is overwhelmingly in the lead in the divisional war, and there is no need for them to hold anything back from Inoue, but if they say, &#8220;I&#8217;m stepping down, too,&#8221; it makes it easier for the conversation to come full circle and be settled. Masao Sugaya&#8217;s retirement, Taro Nakano&#8217;s retirement, all were put away by the Takenaka brothers.
 Mr. Ando is, even if only temporarily, carrying on the name of the Takenaka clan. He seems to be aware of it, but he also has a good deal of luck. Such Mr. Ando includes Mr. Inoue as a causal factor in his title as a young head. Originally, the Kobe Yamaguchigumi had a history of trying to revive the Takenaka clan on the Kobe side, not on the Rokudai side. We accept Mr. Ando as an emissary.&#8221;
The theory of young head Ando may be a &#8220;piece out of a joke&#8221; born at the deadlock of the end of the war, but it may have a reality that does not allow for laughing it off.
